ABOUT THE ROLE

Asle Pharmaceuticals is looking for a creative and experienced Generative AI & Creative Content Specialist who can turn ideas into high quality visual content.

The main focus of this role will be Generative AI based content creation, especially short form videos of around 30 seconds, along with images, animations and other digital content.

We are looking for someone who understands both the technology and the creative side of AI and can produce content that looks professional, polished and engaging.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Create high quality 30 second and other short form videos using Generative AI.

Create images, animations and other digital content for our projects.

Work with tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Claude and other emerging AI tools.

Use AI for concept development, scripting, storyboarding, prompt creation and content planning.

Take AI generated content through editing and final production.

Develop creative concepts and turn them into finished, high quality content.

Create website and UI designs using Figma when required.

Explore new AI tools and find better ways to improve our creative workflow.

Work closely with the team to bring new ideas and projects to life.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2–3 years of experience in content creation, video production,



design or a related field.

Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI for video and image creation.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Claude or similar AI tools.

Good understanding of video editing, visual storytelling, composition and design.

Strong eye for quality and detail.

Ability to create professional and engaging content, rather than basic AI generated output.

Good knowledge of Figma and web design.

Ability to learn new tools quickly and experiment with different creative approaches.

A strong portfolio showing your previous work is highly preferred, especially AI generated videos and visual content.

POSITIVE TO HAVE

Knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, 3D, motion graphics, creative coding or front end development will be a plus.

This is a flexible role. Depending on the candidate skills and project requirements, the position can be In office, Hybrid or Work From Home.

Asle Pharmaceuticals exports products to Japan. As our international work continues to grow, the right candidate may get the opportunity to work in our Japan Office as per project requirement.
