Business Development Manager

Business Development Executive for Mumbai,Delhi,Bangaluru Chennai and Kochi. The ideal candidates will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and develop growth strategies to expand the company’s market presence. The role includes negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, conducting market research,



and preparing business proposals.

The individual will represent Rayzon’s mission and values to deliver world-class solutions to clients in the sports infrastructure industry.

Qualifications

Solid skills in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Client Relationship Management

Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation

Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently

Experience in sports infrastructure, construction, or related industries is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Willingness to work on site in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangaluru and Pune.
