Role Description The General Manager – AR (Accounts Receivable) will lead and oversee end-to-end AR operations for healthcare clients, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances and optimization of the revenue cycle. This full-time, on-site role in Noida includes managing AR teams, setting performance metrics, and monitoring productivity, quality, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements. The role involves reviewing aging reports, designing and improving AR workflows, addressing complex denials and escalations, and coordinating closely with billing, coding,



and client stakeholders.

The General

Manager – AR will analyze AR trends, prepare operational and financial reports, and implement process improvements driven by data insights and best practices. This position also requires mentoring team leads, supporting staff development, and maintaining a strong focus on patient and payer communication standards.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management and AR operations, including collections, denials management, and payer follow-up.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using AR and billing software or practice management systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, setting KPIs, driving performance, and handling escalations.
- Solid understanding of US healthcare reimbursement, payer policies, and compliance standards (HIPAA, regulatory guidelines).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and clients.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement abilities, with experience applying best practices or automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or RCM certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar AR leadership role within a healthcare BPO/MSO or revenue cycle environment is highly preferred.
