Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Senior Software Engineer or Lead to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing generative AI solutions. You will play a key role in designing and implementing AI-powered applications while mentoring team members and driving technical excellence.

Experience Required

4 to 8 Years in Software Engineering with robust focus on AI/ML and Generative AI technologies For Lead role please look for 6+ years experience

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and deploy production-grade generative AI applications using LLMs (Large Language Models) and other foundation models

● Build and maintain AI pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment

● Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems for enterprise knowledge bases

● Develop APIs and microservices for AI model integration and serving

● Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency in production environments

● Fine-tune and customize foundation models for specific business use cases





● Implement vector databases and embedding strategies for semantic search

● Design and execute model evaluation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies

Required Technical Skills

Generative AI & LLMs

● Strong experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT-4/GPT-3.5, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral)

● Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and chain-of-thought reasoning

● Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)

● Understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms

AI/ML Frameworks & Tools

● LLM Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Haystack

● ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers

● Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB, FAISS

● MLOps Tools: MLflow, Weights & Biases, DVC

● Languages: Python (primary)

● Cloud Platforms: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (OpenAI Service), GCP (Vertex AI)

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fiel

● Experience deploying AI applications in production environments
