Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and end-to-end AI solution architecture. The role requires technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on development experience in enterprise-scale AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions across business domains.
- Design scalable AI/LLM-based architectures and intelligent automation systems.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and AI agents.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs for enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive AI governance, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and guide development teams on Gen AI best practices and architecture.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and cloud-native platforms.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning
- Expertise in LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents
- Hands-on experience with Python
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar
- Solid knowledge of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate
- Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Experience with Microservices and API development
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Experience leading AI/ML teams and enterprise AI projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to MLOps and AI model deployment pipelines

Good to Have

- Experience with multi-modal AI applications
- Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, and Transformer architectures
- Certifications in Cloud or AI technologies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
