Role Description The Gen AI Instructor will deliver engaging, practice-oriented training programs on generative AI concepts, tools, and applications to students and working professionals. This full-time role is in office in Noida and involves designing curricula, creating learning materials, and running workshops, bootcamps, and hackathon prep sessions aligned with Where U Elevate®’s innovation focus. The instructor will guide learners on using leading Gen AI models and platforms, oversee hands-on projects, and provide mentoring and feedback to help participants build job-ready skills.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product and academic partners to refine course content, staying current with AI trends, and supporting community-building activities around AI innovation.



The role may also include contributing to content for online modules, evaluation frameworks, and industry-facing training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Gen AI skills, including familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, AI-powered productivity tools, and responsible AI practices.
- Candidates should possess practical technical skills such as Python or other programming languages, experience with AI/ML frameworks or APIs, and hands-on work with cloud-based AI platforms.
- Candidates should possess instructional and communication skills, including curriculum design, classroom facilitation, clear presentation abilities, and learner mentoring or coaching experience.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design real-world projects, evaluate learner outputs, and apply Gen AI to innovation, engineering, and technology use cases.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including working with academic partners, industry mentors, and internal teams to align programs with market needs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or demonstrable experience in Gen AI and AI education are highly valued.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or teaching assistant in technology or AI domains is beneficial, as is exposure to hackathons, innovation challenges, or startup ecosystems.
