- EXISTING: Gen AI developer – 3 positions – 5-8 yrs exp. – Bangalore only
Mandatory Skills:
- GenAI Application Development experience, LLM Models, LLM Models benchmarking, prompt engineering, model tuning and fine tuning.
- Solid understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude)
- Prompt engineering and optimization; Experience with vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone)
- Hands-on model tuning and fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT, etc.)
- Solid Python background (writing production-level code and APIs)
- Familiar with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
