o Develop and maintain basic ServiceNow integrations, utilizing REST API for seamless data exchange. o Write and optimize scripts using JavaScript and Python to automate processes and enhance system functionalities. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tools such as SailPoint and ServiceNow into existing workflows. o Utilize low/no-code automation tools, with a preference for Tosca, to streamline testing and deployment processes. o Demonstrate robust prompting skills to facilitate effective communication and clarify requirements during project discussions. o Conduct basic QA tasks to ensure the quality and reliability of automated solutions. o Leverage expertise in Python for developing automation scripts and tools. o Familiarity with Node.js for supporting application development and integration tasks.



o Hands-on experience with autonomous AI tools such as LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, or custom agentic frameworks to enhance automation capabilities.
