We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Functional Test Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of functional testing activities across projects. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in SQL, test case design, and execution, with a proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead functional testing efforts across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

· Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.

· Design, review, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data.

· Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.





· Perform SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend processes.

· Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (Azure DevOps).

· Ensure timely reporting of test progress, metrics, and risks to stakeholders.

· Mentor and guide junior testers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

· Participate in test planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

· Support UAT and production validation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
