Program Structure





Phase 1 – Classroom Training | Month 1 & 2

You will undergo structured training covering IT consulting fundamentals, business analysis, requirement gathering, ERP and enterprise applications, documentation, communication, problem-solving, and professional skills.

Phase 2 – Paid Live Project Internship | Month 3 & 4

You will gain hands-on exposure to live projects, including client meetings, requirement discussions, process mapping, documentation, software testing, UAT, user training, and project coordination.

Internship Stipend: Rs. 15,000 per month for 2 months.

Phase 3 – Full time Employment | Month 5 Onwards

Candidates who successfully complete the program and meet the required performance expectations may be considered for a full-time IT Consultant position with a starting salary of Rs 3.0– Rs. 4.0 LPA, based on performance and evaluation.
