We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend / Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and Next.js, along with solid backend development experience in NodeJS, to build modern, scalable, and AI-enabled applications.

The role demands robust understanding of TELCO e2e processes and understanding of Telco specific CRM, Billing & revenue management functionalities.

This role combines UI component engineering, frontend architecture, and backend service development, focusing on transforming legacy systems into modern, component-driven applications using Next.js, NodeJS, and AI-assisted development practices. Key Responsibilities

Frontend (Primary Focus)

- Design and develop reusable, scalable UI components using ReactJS and Next.js (App Router preferred) for TELCO clients.

- Build modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

- Implement:

- Dynamic forms, validations, and workflows

- State management and client-side logic

- Authentication and session management

- Develop component-driven UI architectures and design systems.

- Transform legacy or low-code applications into modern React/Next.js interfaces.

Backend (Core Responsibility)

- Develop and maintain NodeJS-based backend services and APIs.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontend consumption.

- Work with event-driven architectures using KafkaJS.

- Implement business logic, data processing, and service integration layers.

- Use JSONPath for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

Integration & Delivery

- Ensure seamless integration between UI components and backend services.

- Collaborate across teams to ensure end-to-end application performance and scalability.

- Contribute to an AI-driven SDLC (generate → review → integrate).





- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

Frontend Expertise (Mandatory)

- 3+ years of strong frontend development experience

- Expertise in:

- ReactJS and Next.js (App Router, SSR/ISR)

- JavaScript / TypeScript

- Proven experience in:

- Building reusable UI component libraries

- Implementing dynamic forms and validations

- Developing responsive and accessible UI

Backend Development (Mandatory)

- Hands-on experience in:

- NodeJS (Express, Koa, or similar frameworks)

- Developing REST APIs and backend services

- Experience with:

- KafkaJS for event-driven systems

- JSONPath for data processing

- Understanding of:

- Backend architecture and service integration

- Security, authentication, and session management

General Skills

- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

- Experience with Git and modern development workflows

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

AI & Modern Development Skills (Important)

- Experience with GenAI tools and AI-assisted development workflows

- Familiarity with:

- Prompt engineering techniques

- AI-based code generation tools (e.g., Copilots)

- Exposure to AI-driven SDLC, including automated testing and CI/CD

- Ability to leverage AI to accelerate UI development and backend integration

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Next.js advanced features (Server Components, App Router)

- Experience building design systems or enterprise UI frameworks

- Familiarity with legacy modernisation / low-code transformation initiatives

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Experience with Docker and containerisation

- Knowledge of observability, logging, and monitoring frameworks
