About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and API development. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of databases like MySQL or SQL Server and some experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Prior experience in the Telecom Billing domain is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop scalable, high-performance full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Node.js.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Work on database design, optimization, and management using MySQL or SQL Server.
- Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and leverage its services for scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, and QA teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring,



and best practices to junior developers.
- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and deployment efficiency.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and production issues.
- Ensure best coding practices, agile methodologies, and DevOps principles are followed.
- Preferably, contribute to Telecom Billing solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

- 8–10 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot
- Frontend: React.js
- Server-side development: Node.js
- API Development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL (optional)
- Databases: MySQL, SQL Server
- Cloud: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hands-on experience in microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps culture.
- Experience in the Telecom Billing domain is preferred.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
