: Full Stack Engineer (React.js | Python | PostgreSQL) – 6+ years

Role purpose

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with solid front-end and back-end capability to build and support scalable web applications hosted on GCP . You'll work across the stack (React.js, Python, PostgreSQL), collaborate with product and platform teams, and contribute to secure, reliable services aligned to IT Service Management practices. Experience with GCP and exposure to AI technologies are strong advantages.

Key responsibilities

· Build and enhance responsive, accessible user interfaces using React.js (modern patterns, hooks, state management).

· Design, develop, and maintain Python backend services (REST APIs/microservices), ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

· Develop and optimise PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexing, and data access patterns.

· Implement robust engineering practices: code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD,



observability, and documentation.

· Collaborate with architects, SRE/DevOps, and security teams to deliver resilient services.

· Support production systems: triage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive problem management to prevent recurrence.

· Contribute to ITSO and service management activities (e.g., risk/control considerations, change management, service readiness).

· Participate in agile delivery (planning, estimation, refinement) and mentor junior engineers where needed.

· Explore and apply AI technologies where they add value (e.g., intelligent search, summarisation, automation, ML-enabled features).

Required skills and experience

· 6+ years of software engineering experience with full stack delivery.
