Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, cloud-native architectures, engineering best practices, and team leadership. This role requires a blend of technical depth, solutioning capability, stakeholder management, and people leadership to successfully deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Architect, design, and develop end-to-end web and enterprise applications using up-to-date full-stack technologies.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architectural reviews for complex business requirements.
- Define engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across development teams.
- Drive application modernization initiatives leveraging cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.
- Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and performance considerations are embedded in all solutions.

Application Development

- Develop and maintain front-end applications using technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Design and build robust APIs, backend services, and microservices using Java, .NET, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and optimization.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.

Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and mentor development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout project lifecycles.




- Support estimation, sprint planning, capacity planning, and release management activities.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide project status updates, technical recommendations, and solution roadmaps.
- Drive client-facing discussions and act as a trusted technical advisor.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading full-stack development teams.

Strong expertise in:
- Front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Backend technologies (Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js)
- RESTful APIs and Microservices
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
- Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- DevOps and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms (Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation).
- Exposure to AI-powered applications, Generative AI integrations, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Relevant cloud and technology certifications.
