Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Full Stack Engineer supporting hospitality technology solutions and products such as KoroCRM. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications, including front-end interfaces and back-end services and APIs. The engineer will collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and QA to implement current features, improve performance, and ensure high reliability and security.

Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, maintainable code, integrating with third-party hospitality systems,



troubleshooting and resolving issues, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical documentation. The role may also involve optimizing existing workflows, supporting deployments, and proposing improvements to the overall architecture and developer tooling.

Qualifications

- Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience owning features end-to-end.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including responsive, accessible UI implementation.
- Solid Back-End Web Development experience, including RESTful APIs, data models, and integration with external services.
- Experience with modern web frameworks and languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Vue, Angular, or similar).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), caching, and performance optimization in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of security best practices, testing methodologies, and version control (Git).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, cross-cultural environment.
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, or enterprise SaaS systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
