Full Stack Developer (Next.js, React & Node.js)

Edit Lobby is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and Node.js to join our Bangalore office.

We’re looking for someone who can build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across both the frontend and backend, work closely with designers and product managers, and take ownership of features from development to deployment.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using Next.js and React
- Build clean, reusable, and scalable UI components using Tailwind CSS
- Design and develop backend services, APIs, and application logic using Node.js
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services
- Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and manage application data
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling
- Collaborate with designers to convert UI/UX designs into functional and user-friendly interfaces
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and SEO
- Debug, test, and maintain high-quality code across the frontend and backend
- Identify and resolve technical issues across the full application stack




- Work with Git and follow proper version control and development workflows
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver projects on time
- Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications when required

Requirements

- 2+ years of skilled experience in full-stack or web application development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Excellent knowledge of Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs
- Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Experience with authentication, authorization, sessions, and secure API development
- Understanding of frontend and backend architecture and how different application layers interact
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Understanding of web performance optimization and best practices
- Experience with deployment platforms, cloud services, or CI/CD workflows is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team
