Candidates should have

Proven experience in US & Canada freight brokerage

Strong knowledge of Load Boards and industry-standard brokerage software

Understanding of load booking, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, customer handling & tracking A proven business book / established customer or shipper relationships

Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills

? Freshers Are Also Welcome!

Freshers with basic knowledge of freight brokerage, load boards, and the overall working process are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance can be provided to the right candidates.
