Job Profile:
Conduct financial analyses and due diligence on acquisition targets, develop financial models, and prepare reports for senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, monitor industry trends, and support M&A; deal negotiations. Assist and ensure data accuracy in the tracking of revenue/expense synergies & integration costs
Preferred skills:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation, particularly in an M&A; context.
- Proficiency with Excel and Access including links, macros, database development and forms
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation techniques
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced workplace
- Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
