About PanhaPanha is building a mental-health ecosystem designed to make emotional support more accessible, human, and scalable.

We are building a community where people can find the right support, connect with trained professionals and buddies, and access meaningful mental-health programs across individual, community, institutional, and corporate settings.

We are looking for a Founding Psychologist Member who wants to be more than a psychologist on a platform — someone who wants to help build the platform itself.

The RoleAs a Founding Psychologist Member, you will work closely with the founding team to shape Panha's clinical ecosystem, psychologist network, programs, partnerships, and community.

This is a high-ownership founding role combining:

Clinical Leadership + Community Building + Business Development + Entrepreneurship

You will have the opportunity to influence how Panha delivers mental-health support at scale while participating in the upside of the business.

What You'll Own1. Build &

- Lead the Buddy Ecosystem

- Help design and establish Panha's Buddy ecosystem.
- Define onboarding, training, engagement, and quality standards for Buddies.
- Build frameworks that enable Buddies to provide safe, empathetic, non-clinical emotional support.
- Develop community-led initiatives and mental-health support programs.
- Continuously improve the Buddy experience based on user feedback and outcomes.

2. Build & • Lead the Psychologist Network
- Identify, onboard, and build relationships with qualified psychologists.
- Establish professional standards, onboarding processes, and quality guidelines.
- Create systems for collaboration between psychologists, Buddies, and the broader Panha community.
- Help build a trusted network of mental-health professionals.
- Contribute to supervision, quality assurance, and continuous professional development initiatives.

Design Clinical

Programs
- Help conceptualize and develop evidence-informed mental-health programs.
- Design workshops, group sessions, interventions, and educational initiatives.
- Develop frameworks for different user needs and populations.
- Ensure programs maintain appropriate skilled and ethical standards.
- Help establish measurement frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness and impact.

4. Lead Corporate & • Institutional Workshops
- Design and conduct mental-health workshops for corporates, colleges, schools, and institutions.
- Develop customized programs based on organizational needs.
- Represent Panha as a mental-health expert in institutional engagements.
- Build long-term relationships with HR teams,



educational institutions, and organizational leaders.

5. Build & • Close B2B Partnerships
- Identify potential corporate and institutional partners.
- Lead conversations with HR leaders, founders, institutions, and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and translate them into relevant Panha programs.
- Create proposals and partnership offerings.
- Work with the founding team to convert opportunities into revenue-generating partnerships.

- Contribute to Panha's clinical philosophy and mental-health principles.
- Establish appropriate boundaries between peer support, coaching, and professional psychological care.
- Help develop escalation and referral frameworks for situations requiring professional or emergency support.
- Contribute to ethical, protected, and responsible mental-health practices across the platform.
- Help ensure that growth never comes at the cost of clinical quality or user safety.

What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a psychologist who is comfortable operating beyond a traditional clinical role. Must Have
- Master's degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology or a relevant discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in counselling, clinical practice, mental-health programs, workshops, or community initiatives.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging workshops and presentations.
- Genuine interest in mental-health innovation and community building.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Willingness to contribute to both clinical and business-facing initiatives.
- Based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR.

Strongly Preferred
- Experience working with corporates, colleges, schools, NGOs, or institutions.
- Experience building or managing a psychologist/professional network.
- Experience in B2B business development or partnerships.
- Experience designing mental-health programs or workshops.
- Entrepreneurial mindset or experience working in an early-stage startup.
- Interest in building scalable mental-health solutions.

Compensation StructureThis is not a fixed-salary position.

The role is structured around a revenue-sharing and/or equity-based model, designed for a founding team member who wants to participate in the value they help create.

The exact structure will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates based on their experience, expected contribution, responsibilities, and level of ownership.
