Role OverviewEdify World School, Shamshabad is looking for an experienced and dynamic IB Principal to lead the school's academic, operational, and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the implementation of IB PYP, MYP and DP programmes.
- Drive academic excellence, curriculum development and student achievement.
- Lead, mentor and develop teachers, coordinators and academic teams.
- Ensure effective implementation of IB teaching, learning and assessment practices.
- Manage school operations, policies, performance and quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with parents and key stakeholders.
- Support IB authorization,



evaluation and continuous school improvement.
- Develop the school's academic vision and drive overall growth.

Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Principal / School Head / Senior Leadership role.
- Robust hands-on experience with IB PYP, MYP and DP.
- Proven experience in academic and school leadership.
- Excellent communication, team-building and stakeholder-management skills.
- B.Ed / M.Ed or equivalent qualification preferred.
- IB leadership/workshop experience will be an advantage.
