- Run outbound to universities, training providers and HR teams
- Take demos and discovery calls, and close the first paying customers
- Feed what you hear straight back into what gets built
- Build the playbook as you go — nothing here is inherited
What we're looking for
- You have sold B2B SaaS to small and mid-sized organisations
- Comfortable being the first commercial person, with no marketing engine behind you
- You can explain a technical product to a registrar or an HR manager without jargon
- You are motivated by early-stage rather than unsettled by it
