Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, analytical, and detail-oriented intern to join the Founder’s Office. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Founders on high-impact strategic initiatives, business growth, operations, research, and cross-functional project management. This position offers a front-row seat to early-stage business building and founder-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Research: Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and competitor analyses to support business decisions.
- Operations & Growth: Support key growth initiatives, operational processes, and strategic partnerships.
- Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and interpret key business metrics to identify operational efficiencies and revenue opportunities.
- Deliverable Tracking: Assist in managing cross-functional projects, tracking timelines, and ensuring cross-team execution.
- Executive Support: Prepare business reports, executive presentations, pitch decks, and internal trackers.




- End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for assigned projects from planning through to execution.
- Candidate ProfileEducation: Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel (data modeling, formulas, dashboards) and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and crisp written and verbal communication skills.
- Attributes: High degree of ownership, reliability, adaptability, and a strong interest in startups, technology, and the travel industry.
