Work directly with the Founder. Build things that matter. Learn how a business really works.

We’re looking for a sharp, curious and high-ownership individual to work closely with the Founder across growth, marketing, client projects, business operations, P&L;, culture and new initiatives.

This is not a role where you’ll be doing the same thing every day. You might work on a GTM strategy in the morning, help solve a client problem in the afternoon, analyse business numbers later in the day, and brainstorm a new growth initiative tomorrow.

You’ll be exposed to almost every part of the business and will have the opportunity to take ideas from zero to execution.

What you’ll work on

- Work directly with the Founder on high-priority business and strategic initiatives
- Support and execute across marketing channels including content, LinkedIn, outbound, SEO, campaigns and GTM
- Work on client projects, understand their challenges and help drive outcomes
- Track and analyse business performance, including revenue, costs, margins and P&L;
- Help build processes, improve how the company operates and solve problems as they arise
- Work on founder-led content, research, presentations and business communication
- Contribute to culture, hiring, team initiatives and internal projects

Who we’re looking forYou don’t need to know everything. You need to be someone who learns fast and figures things out.

You’ll likely do well here if you:

- Are curious about startups, business, marketing and growth
- Can move comfortably between strategy and execution
- Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Have robust communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are hungry to learn and willing to get your hands dirty
- Have 0–3 years of experience; exceptional freshers are welcome
