About SARGVISIONSARGVISION Intelligence is an AI company building intelligent products and systems for India and the world. Our work spans AI-powered education, career intelligence, voice-first AI, and regional-language AI adoption. We are building from North Bengal with the ambition to create globally competitive AI products and develop the talent and ecosystem needed to support them.

Our current initiatives include SahayakAI, an AI operating system for teaching in India; Amigo Veda, an AI career companion for college students; and AI-Lady, a women’s AI empowerment movement.

We are now entering an important stage: turning our product vision into a focused, investable, and execution-ready company.

About the roleWe are looking for a Founder’s Office & Venture Building Intern to work directly with the founder across the company’s most important priorities.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role for someone who wants to understand how an AI company is built—from product strategy and customer discovery to fundraising, partnerships, and execution.

You will not be limited to preparing presentations or maintaining spreadsheets. You will be expected to research, structure, communicate, coordinate, and execute.

Key responsibilities

- Founder’s Office & Strategic Execution
- Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives and company priorities.
- Convert discussions and ideas into clear action plans, owners, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare weekly execution reviews and follow up on critical tasks.
- Research markets, competitors, technologies, and business models.
- Help evaluate new product opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare concise decision memos, briefing notes, and business analyses.

- Fundraising & Investor ReadinessThis is a core responsibility of the role.

SARGVISION is preparing to engage with investors and funding opportunities. You will help build the systems and materials required for that process.

Your work may include

- Researching relevant investors, funds, accelerators, grants, and government funding opportunities.
- Building and maintaining an investor pipeline with thesis, geography, stage, ticket size, portfolio relevance, and contact status.
- Researching investor portfolios and identifying why SARGVISION may be relevant to them.
- Supporting the preparation of pitch decks, investment teasers, company profiles, and fundraising briefs.
- Helping structure market sizing, competitor analysis, business model, traction, and financial assumptions.
- Preparing investor meeting briefs and follow-up notes.
- Maintaining a fundraising data room checklist and tracking outstanding documents.
- Supporting grant and accelerator applications.
- Tracking application deadlines, introductions, meetings, and next steps.





You will not be expected to independently negotiate investments or make financial commitments. You will work closely with the founder on research, preparation, and execution.

- Product & Venture BuildingYou will help translate SARGVISION’s product vision into practical business and product decisions.

Depending on the priority, you may work on:
- SahayakAI: Teacher workflows, product research, customer discovery, and institutional adoption.
- Amigo Veda: Career intelligence, student needs, and institutional business development.
- AI-Lady: Program operations, partnerships, cohort expansion, and community growth.

- Product requirement documents
- Feature prioritization
- Customer interview summaries
- Competitor matrices
- Market opportunity assessments
- Pilot proposals
- Partnership briefs
- Business model analyses

- Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify potential schools, colleges, institutions, enterprises, NGOs, and ecosystem partners.
- Research partnership opportunities relevant to SARGVISION’s products.
- Prepare outreach lists and partnership briefs.
- Support founder-led meetings and follow-ups.
- Help track opportunities from research → outreach → discussion → pilot → partnership.

- Research, Content & Communication

- Prepare high-quality research and business documents.
- Support company presentations, proposals, and strategic communications.
- Help articulate SARGVISION’s products and value proposition clearly.
- Research relevant AI industry developments and their implications for the business.
- Assist with thought leadership, founder communications, and selected marketing initiatives.

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led setting.




- Willing to work across different functions rather than staying within a narrow .
- Interested in understanding both technology and business.

Preferred background
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student / recent graduate in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Exposure to startups, consulting, product management, venture capital, market research, or business development is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI / Generative AI is desirable.
- Strong proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Bengali, or Nepali is an advantage for regional initiatives.

You do not need to know everything. You need to be able to learn quickly, think clearly, and execute responsibly. What you will learnThis internship will give you direct exposure to:

- How an AI startup is built from the ground up.

- The practical challenges of building technology for India.

You will work closely with the founder and gain exposure to the real operating challenges of an early-stage AI company. Compensation & GrowthCompensation: ₹7,000/month fixed stipend + up to ₹1,000/month performance bonus.

The performance bonus will be linked to demonstrated ownership, quality of work, and achievement of agreed deliverables.

Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for an extended internship or full-time opportunity based on performance and company requirements.
