Role Description The Founders Office Intern will work closely with the founding team in a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting market and business research, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with data analysis related to trading strategies and firm performance. The intern will help coordinate key projects, track operational tasks, and contribute to internal documentation and process improvements.





This role may also involve drafting communications, summarizing insights for stakeholders, and participating in meetings to capture action items and follow-ups. The position offers exposure to financial markets, trading advisory operations, and decision-making at a founder level.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and summarize complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with basic data analysis tools or programming (e.g., Python, R, or SQL) is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
