BECO is a fast-growing consumer brand focused on creating better, more sustainable everyday products.We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Founder's Office – Social Media & Creative Intern to join ourteam and help us build a strong and engaging presence across social media.

What You'll Do• Create engaging and visually appealing Instagram & Facebook posts, stories, carousels and creatives.

• Edit short-form videos and Reels for Instagram and other social media platforms.

• Work on content from ideation to execution, including concepts, scripting, designing, editing andpublishing.

• Manage BECO's social media handles and maintain a consistent content calendar.

• Come up with creative content ideas, trends, hooks and formats to increase engagement and reach.

• Monitor social media trends, competitor content and trending Reels/audio formats.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand campaigns and convert them into social mediacontent.

• Help with product shoots, photoshoots and video shoots whenever required.

• Track basic social media performance metrics and identify what type of content is working.

• Ensure that all content is aligned with BECO's brand identity, tone and visual guidelines.

What We're Looking For• Robust interest in social media, content creation, design and digital marketing.

• Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook.





• Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut,After Effects or similar tools.

• Good video editing and storytelling skills.

• A strong sense of design, aesthetics, typography and visual communication.

• Ability to identify and adapt to social media trends quickly.Someone who is proactive, creative and willing to experiment with new content ideas.

• Good communication and time-management skills.

• A portfolio of designs, Reels or social media work will be highly preferred.
