AdYugo Media is looking for a highly motivated and versatile Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the founders across strategy, operations, research, marketing, and business initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, is comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects, and wants exposure to different aspects of building and scaling a business.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, business projects, and day-to-day priorities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry research to support business decisions.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand-related projects.
- Support on streamlining business operations and cross-functional projects,



ensuring tasks are coordinated and executed effectively.
- Analyze data, identify insights, and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for decision-making.
- Track ongoing projects, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement, growth, and operational efficiency.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and responsibilities assigned by the founders.
