Modelens is looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial person who wants to work directly with the Founder and help grow a real early-stage business. This is not a conventional internship with repetitive tasks-you’ll get ownership across sales, partnerships, client acquisition, retention and growth.

ROLE DETAILS

Role: Founder’s Office – Growth & Partnerships Intern

Duration: 3 months

Work mode: Remote / Flexible

Eligibility: Current college students & freshers

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients and brands.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Build partnerships with brands, agencies, creators and relevant businesses.
- Handle outreach, pitching, follow-ups and relationship building.
- Work on increasing repeat clients and recurring business.
- Experiment with new GTM, sales and growth strategies.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and track opportunities from lead to closure.
- Research markets, competitors and new business opportunities.
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and day-to-day business initiatives.
- Bring ideas to the table and take them from idea → execution → results.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Currently pursuing college or a recent graduate.
- Genuinely interested in entrepreneurship, startups, sales and business growth.
- High ownership—you don’t wait for someone to tell you every next step.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, pitching and rejection.




- Strong communication and people skills.
- Curious, resourceful and quick to learn.
- Able to work independently in an unstructured startup environment.
- More focused on outcomes than simply completing a checklist.
