Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployment Engineer to join the Revenue AI team. This is a highly execution-focused role where you will work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and revenue-generating applications.

You will rapidly move from problem identification to production-ready AI solutions and directly impact how end users experience AI in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy production-grade AI solutions in fast-paced sprint cycles

Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities





Integrate AI systems with GTM tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach)

Build AI agents and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort

Translate technical work into measurable business outcomes

Ensure reliability through monitoring, guardrails, and quality checks

Requirements

4+ years of experience in software/product engineering

Experience with Salesforce and GTM tools

Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based workflows

Strong understanding of Sales, CS, and GTM processes

Experience with event-driven architectures and system integrations

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Experience in SalesTech or revenue-focused products

Exposure to AI productionization and automation systems

Experience building internal tools and data-driven workflows
