Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Footwear Merchandiser who can manage the complete product development and order coordination cycle—from receiving customer requirements and coordinating samples to production follow-up and final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers/brands for new footwear designs, specifications, colours and development requirements.

Understand tech packs, sketches, samples and customer specifications and communicate them accurately to the factory team.

Coordinate sampling, mould development, material requirements and product corrections.

Follow up with production, quality, purchase and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution.

Maintain development sheets, sample status, order trackers and production timelines.

Coordinate colour matching, Pantone requirements, product specifications and packaging requirements.

Identify and resolve development and production-related issues in coordination with internal teams.





Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and provide timely updates on development/order status.

Ensure customer-approved samples are correctly replicated during bulk production.

Support new product development and maintain a database of styles, materials, colours and customer specifications.

Candidate Profile

Graduate with 2–5 years of footwear merchandising experience.

Experience in EVA footwear / moulded footwear will be highly preferred.

Good understanding of footwear construction, materials, colours, moulds and production processes.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Ability to coordinate independently with customers and internal factory teams.

Candidates from Sonipat, Rai, Narela, Bahalgarh or nearby areas preferred.
