Position: Forging Supervisor

Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

Industry: Forging / Manufacturing

Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma

Location: As per company requirement

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily forging shop floor operations.

- Control production and maintain quality with minimum wastage and maximum output.

- Calculate cut weight for forging components.

- Handle small forgings in both Open Die and Closed Die forging processes.

- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production targets.

- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

- Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor.

- Reduce rejection and improve productivity through process improvements.





- Develop and improve tooling and dies for better forging quality and higher production output.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of forging operations.

- Experience in open die and closed die forging.

- Knowledge of cut weight calculation.

- Understanding of tooling and die development.

- Ability to manage production and quality efficiently.

- Good leadership and team handling skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Hands-on experience in forging manufacturing setup.

- Ability to achieve production targets under pressure.

- Solid problem-solving and process improvement skills.
