About Kefilo

Kefilo is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive wellness, gut health, fitness and lifestyle redesign.

We are building beyond a traditional food-delivery model, with personalised nutrition, functional food products, 90-day transformation programs, technology-enabled customer engagement and scalable food production infrastructure.

We are looking for a FoodTech Product Officer to help build the food technology and product innovation layer of Kefilo, connecting food science, nutrition, technology, production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and management of Kefilo's food-tech product portfolio, from concept and formulation to testing, standardisation and commercialisation.
- Convert customer needs, nutritional requirements and market opportunities into scalable food product concepts.
- Work closely with Food Scientists, Nutritionists, Kitchen R&D; and technology teams to develop functional, nutritious and commercially viable food products.
- Define product specifications including ingredients, formulations, nutritional requirements, portion sizes, preparation methods, quality parameters and production requirements.
- Research emerging food technologies, functional ingredients, processing methods, preservation techniques, packaging solutions and food-tech innovations.
- Develop systems for recipe standardisation, product testing, quality monitoring, production consistency and product documentation.
- Evaluate the feasibility of new food products from the perspectives of nutrition, taste, cost, scalability, shelf life,



production efficiency and customer acceptance.
- Coordinate product trials, pilot production, sensory evaluation, testing and validation with relevant internal teams and external R&D; partners.
- Work with the Smart Kitchen R&D; team to design products suitable for semi-automated and automated food production.
- Identify opportunities to use technology, automation, data and AI across food product development, production and quality management.
- Build product development roadmaps and maintain a structured pipeline of new food products, formulations and food-tech innovations.
- Develop product specifications, testing reports, SOPs, formulation documents and other technical product documentation.
- Coordinate with external food laboratories, research institutions, manufacturers, technology providers and other FoodTech partners where required.
- Monitor market trends, competing products and emerging consumer requirements to identify current product opportunities for Kefilo.
- Establish measurable product KPIs covering nutritional quality, taste, cost, production efficiency, consistency, customer acceptance and commercial performance.
- Contribute to building a scalable FoodTech product development system that can support Kefilo's future manufacturing and transformation ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate
- Background in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition, Biotechnology or a related field.




- Experience in food product development, FoodTech, R&D;, food manufacturing or product management preferred.
- Strong understanding of food formulation, processing, quality, nutrition and product commercialisation.
- Interest in functional foods, health foods, personalised nutrition and emerging food technologies.
- Ability to work across food science, technology, product, operations and business teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take a product from concept to testing, standardisation and scalable production.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in an early-stage startup environment.
- Experience with food automation, smart kitchens, food manufacturing technology or AI-enabled food systems will be an advantage.

Compensation This is an equity-based founding team opportunity with no fixed salary at the current stage. Equity will be structured based on expertise, contribution, responsibility and long-term commitment, subject to a formal agreement.
