We are an agile tech startup looking for a high-energy, hands-on Flutter Mobile App Trainer / Bootcamp

Instructor to lead an intensive, 1-week Corporate Readiness Program for engineering and IT college students.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry expectations. You will deliver a rapid-paced,

practical workshop focused on building UI layout proficiency, standard API connectivity, and clean coding habits. This is a short-term freelance contract ideal for independent developers, technical bloggers, or senior developers looking to build a training portfolio.

Position: Flutter Bootcamp Trainer (Short-Term Contract)

Duration: 1 Week (5 to 6 Days)

Target Audience: Pre-final & Final Year College

Key Responsibilities

- Accelerated Training Delivery: Conduct structured, high-impact sessions daily covering Flutter basics, widgets,

navigation, and responsiveness.
- Hands-on Lab Guidance: Lead live-coding blocks, help students debug syntax/structural errors in real time, and encourage best practices.
- API & Backend Basics: Teach students how to connect a Flutter application to standard RESTful APIs and handle

JSON data structures.
- Mini-Project Mentorship: Guide students through building a complete,



functional app (from scratch to deployment readiness) by the end of the week.
- Industry Alignment: Share practical startup insights regarding code versioning using Git/GitHub and tips for clearing junior developer interviews.

Required Technical Skills

- Framework Experience: Strong fundamentals in Dart and Flutter SDK (Stateless/Stateful widgets, Layouts,

Forms, and Validations).
- State Management & Networking: Familiarity with state management (Provider, setState) and consuming APIs via the http or dio package.
- Tools & Version Control: Proficient with VS Code / Android Studio and Git/GitHub workflows.
- Portfolio: Must have at least 1–2 live or functional apps to showcase (via public GitHub repositories or Play

Store/App Store links).

Qualifications & Soft Skills

- Experience: 1+ years of building mobile apps using Flutter. Prior experience with mentoring, tutoring, or giving technical presentations is a major plus.

Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English/regional languages, with the patience to guide beginner students.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/B.E/BSc/MCA or equivalent practical software engineering experience.
