Amba Multiprint (AMP) is expanding its Flexo Division and is looking for an experienced Flexographic Printing Machine Operator to join our production team.

? PositionInline Flexo Printing Machine Operator

? Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage modern Flexographic Printing Machine
- Set up jobs, including inks, cylinders/plates, anilox, doctor blades and substrates
- Maintain consistent colour, registration and print quality
- Conduct in-process quality checks and minimize wastage
- Handle job changeovers efficiently and achieve production targets
- Troubleshoot printing-related issues during production
- Maintain machine cleanliness, safety and operating standards
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Pre-Press teams
- Follow SOPs and maintain proper production records

? Candidate Profile

- 3–8 years of experience in flexographic printing
- Experience in flexo labels / film printing preferred
- Valuable understanding of Flexo printing, inks,



anilox, plates and colour matching
- Ability to independently handle machine setup and production
- Strong focus on quality, productivity and waste reduction
- Team-oriented with good discipline and problem-solving skills
