Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily fleet operations to ensure smooth transportation activities.

Coordinate with drivers, dispatch teams, and internal stakeholders for timely pickups and deliveries.

Track vehicle movements using GPS and fleet management systems.

Ensure optimum fleet utilization and efficient route execution.

Handle driver communication, trip assignments, and operational support.

Monitor vehicle availability, breakdowns, maintenance schedules, and downtime.

Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.

Maintain accurate operational records, trip reports, and fleet documentation.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and transportation regulations.

Prepare daily operational reports and update fleet management systems.





Work closely with the customer support and operations teams to ensure service excellence.

Required Skills

Experience in Fleet Operations, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

Positive understanding of fleet management and transportation operations.

Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and fleet management software.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Comfortable working in U.S. night shift
