Role Description This full time, on-site Financial Controller role is based in Pune and is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

The Financial

Controller will manage the preparation of financial statements, monitor accounting processes, and maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Day-to-day activities include supervising the finance and accounting team, reviewing budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. The role also involves improving internal controls, optimizing financial systems,



liaising with auditors and external partners, and collaborating with leadership to support business planning and cost management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including a solid understanding of core financial principles.
- Candidates should possess experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting in line with applicable standards.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) and strong attention to detail.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- Relevant experience in financial controlling, corporate finance, or accounting leadership roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment.
