Role Description The Financial Auditor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial audits across the Trust’s verticals, ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best-practice standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, testing internal controls, analyzing variances, and evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records. The role involves preparing clear audit documentation and reports, highlighting key findings, risks,



and recommendations for process improvements and strengthened governance.

The auditor will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to support transparent financial management and long-term institutional sustainability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to interpret and work with Financial Statements.
- Experience conducting Financial Audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting of audit findings.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and assessing financial risks.
- Knowledge of Internal Controls and governance frameworks, with the ability to test and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CIA) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian accounting standards, relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, and audit methodologies.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial analysis tools; experience with ERP or accounting systems is beneficial.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
