Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee all core finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for Yahhvi’s EV charging operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon will manage monthly and quarterly closing activities, prepare management reports, and support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial insights. The role includes developing business cases for new charging hubs, monitoring project and operational costs, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition across fleet and partner contracts.

The Finance

Manager will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on pricing models, capital allocation, and funding requirements,



while maintaining robust internal controls and compliance with relevant accounting, tax, and regulatory standards. The role also involves overseeing vendor payments, receivables, and working capital, and supporting audits and investor-related financial documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with experience in building and managing financial models.
- Expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost monitoring for projects and operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or finance systems and advanced Excel; familiarity with BI or analytics tools is an advantage.
- Ability to support strategic decisions through business case development, pricing analysis, and capital allocation planning.
- Experience managing cash flow, working capital, payables, receivables, and bank relationships.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across operations, business, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) are preferred.
- Background in infrastructure, energy, logistics, mobility, or similar sectors is a plus, along with interest in EV and clean mobility.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
