About the role IN OFFICE ROLE IN DADAR, MUMBAI

LUZO is looking for a Finance Manager to build and run our finance function end-to-end not maintain one that already exists. This isn't a support role sitting behind a CA; it's ownership of everything financial at the company, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our CFO.

You'll be the person who makes sure the numbers are right, the compliance is clean, and the reporting is sharp enough that investors and leadership can make decisions off it without a second opinion.

What you'll own

- P&L; and balance sheet management, end to end
- GST and TDS filings, compliance and overlooking day to day accounting
- Partner settlements and reconciliations
- Investor reporting and MIS
- Statutory compliance across the board
- Building processes and systems

What we're looking for

- CA qualified, or a CA finalist
- 3–7 years of experience
- Prior exposure to a startup or high-growth environment, ideally as one of a small finance team (or the only one)
- Has personally owned a full P&L; not just supported one
- Thrives in ambiguity, moves quick, and wants to build a finance function rather than step into a finished one
