Role Description As a Fin Ops Manager, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, expense management, and cash flow tracking. You will manage financial reporting, maintain accurate records, and support budgeting and forecasting to help guide strategic decisions. This role will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, optimize unit economics, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

You will evaluate tools and systems for finance operations, implement best practices,



and provide insights that improve profitability and operational efficiency. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility while maintaining regular communication with the broader team.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in financial operations, including managing day-to-day accounting processes and financial workflows.
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support planning and decision-making.
- Proficiency with financial tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, accounting platforms, ERP or billing systems).
- Ability to develop and improve financial processes, controls, and documentation in a growing company environment.
- Comfort working with data, creating reports, and presenting clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance, operations, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Experience in consumer goods, wellness, or ecommerce is beneficial, as is familiarity with subscription or DTC business models.
