Field Service Engineer – Dental CAD/CAM Equipment

Agkem Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of dental laboratory equipment and CAD/CAM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission and maintain dental CAD/CAM equipment and laboratory machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair dental milling machines, dental 3D printers, scanners, dental furnaces/sintering furnaces and related equipment.
- Handle preventive maintenance, breakdown service and technical support at customer locations.
- Diagnose hardware and machine-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide equipment demonstrations, technical guidance and basic user training when required.
- Maintain service reports and coordinate with customers for service requirements.
- Travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance and breakdown support.

Requirements:





- 1–7 years of experience in Field Service / Technical Service / Equipment Maintenance, installation & Troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Dental Equipment, CAD/CAM Systems and Dental Lab is Mandate.
- Experience with Milling Machines, Dental Lab Scanners, Metal 3D Printers, Micro Motors, Furnaces/Sintering Furnaces or similar equipment will be highly preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related technical field.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates currently or previously working with dental equipment dealers, distributors, CAD/CAM companies, dental milling machine companies or dental 3D printing companies are encouraged to apply.
