About Us

OXY Exhaust Service is a commercial HVAC and kitchen exhaust ventilation company. We work with restaurants, commercial kitchens, and businesses to design, install, and maintain ventilation systems that keep their operations protected and compliant.

We're looking for a Field Inspection & Sales Executive who can go on-site, assess a client's ventilation setup, and turn that assessment into a sale.

About the Role

This role is an even split between technical site inspection and sales — you'll visit client sites to evaluate existing kitchen exhaust/HVAC systems, then use that assessment to recommend solutions and close deals.

What You'll Do

- Visit client sites (restaurants, commercial kitchens, facilities) to inspect existing exhaust/HVAC systems
- Assess system condition, compliance, and client requirements
- Translate inspection findings into tailored proposals and recommendations
- Pitch and sell OXY's services based on inspection results
- Follow up with clients through to deal closure




- Coordinate with the operations team on scope, quotations, and installation handoff
- Maintain accurate inspection reports and pipeline records

What We're Looking For

- Freshers/1–3 years of experience in a technical, inspection, or sales role is a plus
- Comfortable with regular site visits and hands-on assessment work
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical findings to clients in simple terms
- Basic understanding of HVAC/ventilation systems is a plus (training provided)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- A bachelor's degree in any stream; engineering/technical background is a plus but not required
