Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Kolkata.

The Field Sales

Executive is responsible for visiting retail outlets and potential business customers, presenting Panch Bhog’s product range, and negotiating orders and placement. Daily activities include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, tracking stock movement and display quality, and coordinating with the store and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. The role also involves monitoring market trends, collecting customer feedback,



and reporting sales performance to management.

The Field Sales

Executive is expected to meet assigned sales targets while upholding Panch Bhog’s standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in field sales, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing deals with retail or FMCG customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory awareness.
- Ability to plan daily routes, manage time effectively, and work independently in the field.
- Comfort with maintaining simple sales records and using mobile or basic digital tools for reporting.
- Prior experience in supermarket, FMCG, or consumer goods sales is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel locally within Kolkata and nearby areas as required.
