Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customer locations and explain rooftop solar solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team.




- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Explain system benefits, savings, and ROI to customers.
- Maintain daily follow-ups and update the CRM.
- Build relationships with builders, architects, electricians, and housing societies.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (Solar, Real Estate, Insurance, BFSI, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
- Knowledge of net metering and government subsidy schemes is an added advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM tools.
- Own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within Pune.
- Target-oriented with robust follow-up skills.
