Role & responsibilities:

- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and healthcare partners.
- Manage day-to-day field operations and partner coordination.
- Conduct regular field visits.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of healthcare partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and issue resolution.
- Track operational activities, performance and partner requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners.
- Identify operational gaps and implement timely solutions.
- Achieve assigned operational and business targets.
- Prepare regular field visit and performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Any Graduate with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Field Operations / Field Sales / Healthcare Operations preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills Mandatory.
- Robust communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Internet and online platforms.
- Comfortable with field visits and partner/customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
