Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Marketing Representative role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

The Field Marketing

Representative will visit salons, spas, and wellness centers to promote the R Saloons & Spa Online Booking App, demonstrate platform features, and support partners in onboarding and usage. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners, collecting feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to improve partner experience.



Daily responsibilities include executing local marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations, and ensuring consistent brand visibility in the field.

The representative will also provide basic training and customer service support to partner locations to encourage active and long-term platform adoption.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Field Marketing skills, including campaign execution and on-ground brand promotion.
- Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to support and retain partner businesses.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for in-person presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to identify leads, convert prospects, and meet growth targets.
- Relevant qualifications such as prior experience in field sales or marketing, familiarity with the beauty and wellness sector, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Ability to travel within the Greater Hyderabad Area, proficiency in local languages and English, and basic digital literacy for using mobile apps and CRM tools.
