Role Description The Field Marketing Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of in office field activities and some work-from-home responsibilities. This role involves identifying and approaching salons, spas, and wellness centers, presenting the R Saloons & Spa platform, and supporting them through onboarding and activation. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with partner businesses, coordinate local marketing campaigns, and gather market insights and feedback to improve services.

Daily tasks include conducting in-person visits, demonstrating the app and tools, handling basic queries,



and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive partner acquisition and engagement. The role requires regular local travel within Hyderabad to meet partners and attend events or promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Field Marketing skills, including local market outreach, event support, and on-the-ground brand presence.
- Candidates should possess Relationship Building skills to establish trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and nurture salon and spa accounts.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear presentations, negotiations, and coordination with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, handle concerns professionally, and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert prospects, meet acquisition targets, and promote platform features effectively.
- Comfort with technology and mobile apps, especially in the context of bookings and business tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and travel locally within Hyderabad as needed.
- Prior experience in field marketing, sales, or business development in beauty, wellness, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
