POSITION: Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing customer experience, compliance, and profitability, while delivering exceptional financial and insurance solutions to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide tailored financial and insurance solutions to customers.
- Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, and NCA regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards.
- Drive profitability through effective deal structuring and product offerings.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering transparent, qualified service.
- Collaborate with dealership teams to support operational and sales goals.

Minimum Requirements

- Proven track record as an F&I; Manager within the motor industry, with at least 6 years’ experience.
- Fit and proper status with up-to-date FAIS/FICA/NCA qualifications.
- Current CPD hours completed and maintained.




- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to balance compliance with business growth objectives.
- Seriti experience essential.
