Role Description The Fetal Medicine Consultant – JP Nagar will provide specialized fetal medicine and maternal care, including detailed fetal scans, early anomaly detection, and management of complex and high-risk pregnancies.

Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic ultrasounds, interpreting imaging results, offering evidence-based counseling to expectant parents, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with obstetric and neonatal teams.



The consultant will participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, maintain accurate medical records, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. The role also involves mentoring junior clinicians and sonographers, contributing to patient education, and staying updated with current guidelines and advancements in fetal medicine.

This is a full-time/Part time, on-site role based in JP Nagar, Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical foundation in Medicine with advanced training in fetal medicine or obstetrics, preferably with recognized certifications or fellowships.
- Current medical registration with relevant regulatory bodies and eligibility to practice in India; MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology or equivalent, with specialization in fetal medicine preferred.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills, with a patient-centered, compassionate approach and respect for diverse backgrounds.
- Strong diagnostic skills in ultrasound and fetal imaging, familiarity with evidence-based guidelines, and commitment to continuous career development.
