Fashion Assistant — Shoot + Pop-Up

Kingdum By Nishka is looking for a Fashion Intern Assistant to support the team from October 1 to November 1 in Mumbai.

This is a hands-on, short-term role involving fashion styling, shoot assistance, pop-up support, basic Canva work, and logistics. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different aspects of a fashion brand and is comfortable being hands-on.

Responsibilities include

Assisting with styling and outfit preparation for shoots

Helping with fittings, steaming, dressing, and styling changes

Organising garments, accessories, and samples

Assisting on set and helping maintain looks throughout the shoot

Supporting setup and operations for a 2-day pop-up

Assisting with customer interactions and sales

Maintaining product displays and keeping the space organised

Helping with packing, unpacking, and movement of garments/products

Assisting with basic logistics and coordination for shoots, events, and brand requirements

Creating or editing simple Canva creatives and brand-related content

Helping with other day-to-day tasks as required

Please note: You will be working as part of a 2-person support team,



with responsibilities divided between the two assistants. The workload will therefore be shared, and you will not be expected to manage the entire shoot and pop-up independently.

What We’re Looking For

Robust interest in fashion and styling

Good eye for visual presentation and detail

Basic knowledge of Canva

Organised and comfortable handling logistics and coordination

Proactive, reliable, and willing to take initiative

Good communication and people skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment

Fashion students, graduates, or candidates with relevant experience are welcome

Previous shoot, styling, retail, event, or fashion experience is a plus
